Position Description

Duties:

  • Initiate new account strategies via cold-calls or prior contacts -- focusing on 'C' level executives and decision-makers
  • Prospect, qualify and close accounts -- from lead generation, through discovery to close
  • Work collectively and strategically with client service team to develop custom client solutions
  • Build a viable pipeline, with detailed account management tracking in Salesforce.com
  • Meet and/ or exceed personal revenue plan, along with lead, appointment and other sales metrics
  • Accountable to report performance progress on sales forecast, pipeline and account status
  • Participate in company-wide revenue and account acquisition goals

 

 

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of B2B Consultative Sales experience
  • Solid, executive level contacts at mid-sized and large enterprises
  • Documented track record of exceeding quotas and goals
  • Proven success in creating and managing opportunities in consultative, complex sales environments
  • Experience selling software and/or services to sales, marketing, and other related end-user areas (CRM, SFA solutions)
  • Proven ability to interact and influence “C” level executives and especially the VP Sales, CMO, Managing Director roles in sales and marketing
  • Bachelors degree in Business is preferred
  • Fluent in English with superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Optimistic, tenacious, creative and articulate
