Marketing Internship – Summer 2007

Position Description

We are seeking MBA students or experienced undergraduate business school candidates with a customer centric view of marketing. As Acrelic grows at triple digits per year and expands its market presence, we are looking for individuals who want to work in a fast-paced, enterprise software environment.

Qualifications for Ideal Candidates:

The ideal candidate is a results oriented, analytical, extremely organized person with an interest at bridging the gap between marketing and sales. We expect candidates to be optimistic, persistent, creative and articulate. This candidate will have experience that includes:

  • 2-4+ years of B2B company experience
  • Must have strong, executive level contacts at Mid-sized and large enterprise
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and goals
  • Proven ability to interact and influence “C” level executives and especially the VP Sales, CMO, Managing Director roles in sales and marketing
  • Strong listening and consultative skills
  • Bachelor’s in Business is preferred
  • Fluent in English with superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Develop a strong perspective on marketing and sales in a high-tech environment.



In this position, you will be responsible for supporting product management, marketing and sales. You will demonstrate immediate results which can be measured quickly and help Acrelic achieve aggressive, but attainable growth goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting product management by managing the flow of new feature ideas into a ratable priority process and helping to drive the items that move into our technology roadmap over the next year
  • Providing support in field marketing to assist sales in generating and qualifying leads in their territories
  • Assisting our Client Support teams as new customers are brought on-board
  • Other roles as needed
